There’s this great little bakery called Piekarnia Kupczyńska just around the corner that serves the most incredible sourdough bread – seriously, grab breakfast there before heading out for the day. The area gets busy during university terms since it’s close to the architecture faculty, but that also means there’s always something happening on the streets, which I actually enjoyed.

Now about that balcony – the DeerRest Apart lives up to its name, but don’t expect wilderness views or anything dramatic. It’s more like a cozy perch overlooking the street below, perfect for morning coffee while watching locals head to work. The sound situation is interesting: you’ll hear the occasional tram rattle by and morning delivery trucks, but nothing that kept me up. If you’re a light sleeper, request a room facing the courtyard side. Check-in was smooth once I figured out the building entrance – the intercom system is a bit finicky, but the host was super responsive via WhatsApp. Parking is street only, and honestly, you don’t need a car here anyway since everything is walkable or a quick tram ride away. The 3rooms-Balcony-PKP setup worked perfectly for our group, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a bit more space and local feel without sacrificing easy access to Wrocław’s highlights.
