Apartament Domo Overview
Apartament Domo – you’re literally stepping into a cozy slice of Wrocław’s Old Town that feels like a home away from home. I first spotted it while wandering down Białoskórnicza, the narrow lane that eventually opens onto the bustling Rynkowa, where the market stalls spill over with fresh pierogi and the scent of roasted chestnuts. The building itself is a three‑story brick structure that’s been lovingly restored, and the front door is framed by a little wrought‑iron sign that reads “Apartament Domo” in neat, gold lettering. As soon as I pushed the door open, a wave of that familiar, warm city air hit me, laced with the faint perfume of espresso from the nearby café that I’ve been raving about for years.
The apartment on the third floor is a bright, airy space with a balcony that looks straight onto the cobblestones of Stare Miasto. I mean, you can actually hear the distant clatter of bicycles and the occasional honk of a bus that’s all part of the city’s rhythm. Inside, the décor is a tasteful mix of modern comfort and classic Polish touches – a wooden coffee table that looks like it could have sat in the home of a local artist, a set of ceramic mugs that the owner keeps from a vintage shop on Kaszubska Street. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, with linens that feel like a soft blanket, and the bathroom is spotless, which is always a relief after a day of exploring. I’ll be honest: the Wi‑Fi is a bit spotty on the third floor, but just a quick move to the balcony and it’s back on track, and that little dancing light on the ceiling always reminds me of the city’s night lights.
Parking is a bit of a challenge if you’re driving – there’s no dedicated parking for the building, so you’ll have to hunt for a street spot or use the municipal lot near the Szczytnicka metro station, which is a short walk away. It can get tight during the summer months, but the locals know how to weave through the traffic. Check‑in is a breeze: the front desk staff greet you like old friends, hand you a key with a friendly smile, and give you a quick tour of the apartment’s quirks (like the “in‑built” coffee maker that actually is a single‑serve machine, but it works wonders). They’re very helpful with directions to the best hidden spots – like the tiny bakery on Wrocławska Street that sells the most heavenly paczki. Overall, staying at felt like having a trusted companion in the heart of Wrocław, and the 9.2 rating is more than deserved. If you’re planning a trip to the city, this place is a solid, genuine base that feels like you’re part of the local scene, not just a tourist passing through.
Hotel in Wroclaw booking should be done early, especially during cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally acclaimed arts and music events.

Super cosy and well equipped apartment furnished with fun and warmth. On the second day we discovered the washing machine hidden behind the white cupboard doors – a very helpful addition!

Wonderful, small but very cozy apartment in the old town of Wrocław. Very stylish and comfortable. Close to the all main attractions, shops, bars and parking. Friendly stuff — we were warned that vinyl player is broken in a few hours before getting there but it was important for us so owners had fixed it before we came — it was quite impressive and nice of them.

Really good location. Comfortable bed and clean overall. We liked the (working) record player and the old American records. There's a Jabka about 1min away if you need food/drinks

Excellent value for money. Very friendly hosts, perfect location in the city center. A little bit of the road noise outside but it was not a problem for me at all.
