  Czystość w apartamencie, wyposażenie we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Nie było problemu z przygotowaniem posiłku czy wyprasowaniem ubrania. Blisko na Rynek i bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska. Przystanki bardzo blisko apartamentu i sklepy spożywcze, nie tylko Żabka. Jak ktoś szukał krasnali to na Placu Kościuszki i w pobliżu można było trochę ich spotkać:). Generalnie super i na kawę z ciachem można było na dół zejść i jeszcze kupić kwiaty.
