Apartament Renata Overview
I just spent a week at Apartament Renata and honestly, it was one of those places that feels like a secret you’re meant to share. The building sits on Prądzyńskiego 30A, tucked between the old brick facades of Krzyki and the modern buzz of the city center. Walking up to the front door, you’re greeted by a small, friendly desk clerk who knows your name before you even finish your sentence—makes you feel less like a tourist and more like a regular. The lobby is surprisingly airy, with a few mismatched chairs that look like they’ve been around for decades, and a faint scent of fresh polish coffee that drifts in from the kitchen. There’s a subtle, almost imperceptible hum of traffic from the nearby street, but it never gets to the point where you can’t hear a conversation. Check‑in was a breeze; they handed the key card over with a quick “Enjoy your stay” and a friendly wink.
The apartment itself feels like a cozy loft more than a hotel room. The space is open, with high ceilings that give the whole place a sense of roominess, and a balcony that overlooks a quiet side street where the kids play soccer. I found that the noise level is surprisingly low for a city hotel—there’s a faint thump from the street below, but nothing that wakes you up in the middle of the night. The bed was plush, the linens crisp, and the bathroom had that crisp, almost medicinal scent you’re looking for after a day of walking. One of the best things was the small kitchenette; it had a coffee maker that brewed a decent pot the moment you stepped in, and a mini fridge that was surprisingly well-stocked with bottled water and some milk. Wi‑Fi was fast, but I didn’t have to use it much; there’s a great café just a block away on Kłodzka Street where I spent a lot of my mornings scrolling through travel blogs. Parking is a bit of a hassle—you’ll have to find a street spot, but the city’s parking meter system is straightforward once you get used to it. I parked on the corner of Prądzyńskiego and Piotrkowska, and the meter was easy to manage.
What really made Apartament Renata stand out was the little touches that only a place with a local vibe can pull off. The welcome basket had a jar of local honey, fresh from Wrocław’s own beekeepers, and a handwritten note that said “Ciesz się pobytem!” (Enjoy your stay). The staff was genuinely helpful, giving me a map of the nearest tram stops and tips on where to eat on the weekend—like the pierogi at Karczma Pod Różą on the market square, or the street food stalls on Oława Street that sell the best grilled cheese in town. I also discovered a hidden gem: a small, family-owned bakery on Sienkiewicza Street that opens at 6 am and sells the best cinnamon rolls you’ll ever taste. The hotel’s location is perfect if you’re looking to explore on foot; you can hop on a tram from the corner of Prądzyńskiego and get to the Old Town in less than fifteen minutes. Even during the busy summer season, the noise from the main streets stays relatively muted because the hotel is a few blocks away from the busiest tourist spots, but still close enough to feel the city’s pulse. My only mild critique is that the bathroom faucet is a bit old and doesn’t have a water temperature indicator, but that’s a minor quibble in the grand scheme. All in all, Apartament Renata feels like a home away from home—warm, welcoming, and with all the essential comforts you’d expect from a top‑rated three‑star spot. If you’re planning a trip to Wrocław and want to stay somewhere that feels authentic rather than impersonal, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Super lokalizacja. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Zmywarka i pralko-suszarka w takim miejscu to super pomysł. Dobrze by było żeby na stanie było kilka kapsułek do prania. Tak jak były do zmywarki.

Pěkný byt v blízkosti hlavní ulice a zastávky tramvaje vedoucí do centra.
