Apartament SWEET TIME Overview
Apartament SWEET TIME sits tucked into a narrow block off Plac Wolności, just a few cobbled steps from the bustling market square (the one with the old clock tower that kids still chase the pigeons on). I remember the first time I walked in – the scent of freshly baked pierogi wafting from a nearby stall, the clink of silverware from the café across the street, and the faint hum of the tram as it rattled past the old stone arch. It’s a quiet spot, really; you can hear the city breathe, not the roar of a hotel lobby. The building itself is a charming 19th‑century tenement, and the room you get feels more like a home than a hotel; the walls are painted in muted pastels, and the floorboards still have that faint, sweet timber smell from generations of polish craft.
Check‑in was smooth, honestly – the receptionist, a sprightly woman named Marta, greeted me with a warm smile that felt like a hug. She handed over the keys in a small, handwritten card that spelled out the apartment’s quirky quirks: “Do not spill coffee on the rug, it’s a bit delicate, but the sofa’s super comfy.” She also pointed out the best spots in the city: the small, family‑owned bakery on Ulica Krakowska (their rye bread is a must‑try), the hidden courtyard garden behind the old theater (good for a mid‑afternoon nap), and the bike‑packing routes that loop around the river. The apartment itself has a balcony with a view of the old town’s rooftops – a perfect place to sip a glass of local white wine while watching the sunset over the Vistula. The noise level? Quiet, just enough city buzz to keep you grounded but not so much that you can’t read a book. There’s a small, well‑kept parking spot just outside the building, so you won’t have to hunt for a spot in the maze of streets. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark was the Wi‑Fi signal – it had a tendency to flicker when the tram passed, but that’s the price of living in such a historic, stone‑laden area.
What truly makes special is the personal touches that feel like secret breadcrumbs left by locals. The linen on the beds is a deep, goose‑feather comforter that smells faintly of lavender – it’s a trick the previous guests used to nap in. The kitchen is fully stocked with a few staples: olive oil, a jar of truffle salt, and a small assortment of spices. I tried the truffle salt on a homemade risotto (the dish was a hit with my friends). The place also offers a small selection of local craft beers and a bottle of the best amber wine from the nearby Wrocław vineyards – a little indulgence that feels right at home on a rainy Thursday. Honestly, the little details like the handwritten map of the city, the vintage radio playing Polish folk songs, and the local phone number for a taxi driver who knows the best shortcuts really set it apart. If you’re planning to stay during the busy summer season, expect a bit more foot traffic on the street, but the apartment’s insulation keeps the noise down, so you can still catch some Zzzs. In short, it feels like a little slice of Wrocław that you can call your own.

Lovely spacious flat, very comfortable, great location, good quality furniture. Easy communication with the owners. Definitely recommend it
Barbara from Australia (9/10)
We ate out for breakfast at a local cafe even though the kitchen supplied tea/coffee. It was hot at night as the temperatures were above average, so the air conditioner had to stay on which made it a bit noisy in the room as my nephew slept on the sofa.
Leighanne from Canada (10/10)
Very spacious, clean and also included a washing machine and dry rack. An air conditioner was in the main room as well as an additional fan. It was so hot when we were there so VERY much appreciated. The apartment was absolutely fantastic and Peter and I communicated via WhatsApp which made communication so convenient. We gave him (at his request) a heads up before we got there and he met us and took us up to the apartment. He was delightful and very helpful. The apartment was very quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was clean and fairly new. Very highly recommend this place. It was close to the old square and felt very safe. Your entry to the apartment is off the parking lot behind a hotel – so peaceful for sleeping. This place was so perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short-term stay. The friendly host met us upon check-in and guided us to the carpark, helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us through the apartment. We loved the location, which was walkable to all the sites of Wroclaw. On-site parking was good.

Central location next old town. It was just a great stay. Facilities were great.
Lyria from Germany (10/10)
Absolutely loved the whole apartment – it was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was in a busy lively area so was in the perfect location for exploring the city, but the apartment itself was so quiet. It's the ideal place to stay for 2 couples and for people who want to go to concerts at the National Forum of Music as the NFM is literally 2 minutes away. Really can't recommend it enough.

It was easy to check in and out of the property and it was utterly gorgeous 😍
