  Excellent location. Relatively quiet – as in normal apartment buildings. Near the river, so a nice place for a walk. A small grocery store on doorstep – Zabka – which has the necessities, fruit and fresh bread.
  Don't be misled by the word "premium" in the name – there is nothing premium about the apartment as the price suggests. It is a basic apartment.
  The apartment was clean (apart from the fridge) and everything worked when I moved in. I had a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard with 2 recliners to relax.
