  Bardzo ładne mieszkanko w eleganckim nowym bloku. Sam apartament niewielki, ale ładnie urządzony. Podzielony na dwie strefy, maleńką sypialnię i strefę dzienna z kanapą z opcją spania i stołem. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona we wszystkie możliwe sprzęty i utensylia. Poza tym garderoba z żelazkiem i pralką. Wszędzie bardzo czysto, pościel i ręczniki pachnące. Okna wychodzące na patio, dzięki czemu nie ma hałasu od ulicy. Sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Do apartamentu należy miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką.
  Sama okolica typowo mieszkalna. W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje. Do samego centrum trzeba dojechać.

  Bardzo dobrze wyposażone i czyste mieszkanie. Przyjemnie pachnąca posciel i reczniki. Trochę ciepło, bo na najwyższym piętrze ale klimatyzacja sobie poradziła. Atut to podziemny garaz. Dosc blisko do rynku na piechotę ale tez do tramwaju czy autobusu na Legnicką. Dobra lokalizacja.
