Brick House – Apartament Zośka Overview
I first spotted Brick House -ament Zośka while wandering down ul. Prusa, a hairpin turn from the bustling Rynek. You know, that brick façade that looks like it could be the film set of a Polish drama? It’s a real gem in Śródmieście, right where the tram lines bicker and the scent of roasting chestnuts fills the air. The check‑in was quick – a friendly receptionist who handed me a key card and a few pointers about the nearest tram stop, and a note that the Wi‑Fi password is “prusa9”, which, by the way, is a lifesaver for those late‑night map‑hunters. Honestly, the staff were like family; they even asked if I wanted a recommendation for the best pierogis nearby, which turned out to be the tiny shop on ul. Św. Jana.
The apartment itself feels like a secret hideaway. The living area is cozy, with exposed brick walls and a warm, honey‑lit lamp that makes the space feel like a snug reading nook. The kitchenette has everything you could need – a kettle that whistles when you’re in a hurry, a coffee machine that actually makes good espresso, and a tiny fridge that keeps your drinks cold even in the summer heat. The bed is a real comfort; the mattress feels like a cloud, and the linens are soft enough to make you want to keep the covers on all day. And let’s talk about that view – from the window, you can see the cobblestones and hear the distant chatter of tourists, the noise is surprisingly low, especially after 2 am when the city settles into a quieter rhythm. Just around the corner, you’ll find a tiny park where locals gather for morning jogs, and a few minutes away, the iconic Hala Stulecia hums with the echo of a concert.
Parking is a bit of a hassle. The street is narrow, and you’ll need to find a spot on the side of the building or the small municipal lot a block away – it’s not free, but it’s manageable if you’re willing to walk a few minutes. If you’re driving, there are paid parking garages on ul. Słowackiego, but be prepared to pay a bit, especially during the summer festival season when the city’s in full swing. The noise level is one of the best parts of staying here; by day, you’re surrounded by the clatter of trams, the murmur of cafés, and the occasional street musician. At night, the streetlights cast a soft glow, and the only sound is the gentle hum of the building’s heating system. I’d say the apartment is perfect for travelers who want to be in the heart of the city without the blaring horns of a highway. If you’re planning a trip in late September or early October, you’ll catch the tail end of the city’s harvest festivals, and the streets will be alive with colors and aromas that make the whole experience feel like a living painting.
In short, Brick House – Apartament Zośka is a place where you can really feel the pulse of Wrocław. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by warmth, both literally and figuratively. The small touches – like the recommended pierogi shop on ul. Św. Jana, the keyless check‑in, and the cosy, well‑equipped apartment – make it feel less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. And if you’re ready to walk a few to catch a tram or mingle at a local café, this spot is exactly the kind of place you’ll want to tell your friends about. It’s simple, authentic, and a touch of Wrocław’s charm wrapped up in a brick‑lined door.

Excellent location, facilities and host. The place is really clean for which we pay special attention as we travel with a toddler. The bed is comfortable and total black out blinds add more to sleep quality. All in the place tells that the host cares about the guests.

Absolutely splendid accommodation with everything one could possibly need during their stay. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, tablets included to use both.
Apartment is on a ground floor right next to building entrance. Tram stop right before the fenced building complex. One grocery store out of many also just across the street. Many playgrounds in the neighborhood too.
Window blinders in both rooms as a cherry on top 😉
I also really appreciated the garage parking for my car. The location of the apartment is so close to city center and so many landmarks that you won’t need your car anymore and will happily walk everywhere.
I simple love our stay and will happily come back as Wroclaw has so much to offer!Oleksandr from Ukraine (10/10)

Brilliant apartment in a beautiful city.
It's a modern, very well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment about a 15 minute walk outside the centre. We would definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Wraclow.
