  Miejsce w garażu podziemnym w cenie (parkowanie w centrum Wrocławia jest wyzwaniem). Czyste i w miarę świeże mieszkanie z wysokimi sufitami. Cisza od hałasów ulicy przy zamkniętych oknach, oraz brak hałasów od sąsiadów (chyba nikt obok nie mieszkał). Osobna zamykana sypialnia. Wystarczające zaopatrzenie w pościele, ręczniki, papier toaletowy i mydło/żele do mycia. Generalnie niczego nam nie brakowało w kwestii wyposażenia/akcesoriów. Lokalizacja blisko "wszystkiego", a większość otwarta do późna.
