The check-in was smooth, the host left clear instructions, and when I did have a question, they responded right away. The place itself is on the third floor – no elevator, so pack light if you’re not climbing stairs well – but it’s got this real homey feel. The kitchen actually had all the stuff you’d need, not just the bare minimum, and there’s this little balcony where you can sit with coffee and watch people walking by. It’s surprisingly quiet for being close to the city center, especially after dark.

What really sold me was how it felt like I was staying in someone’s actual apartment, not some sterile rental. The bed was comfortable – I actually slept better there than I usually do at home – and the shower pressure was good, which seems small but makes a difference when you’re traveling. There’s street parking available if you’re driving, though it can get a bit tight depending on what’s happening nearby. I noticed a few construction projects in the area that might affect things by next summer, but during my stay it was peaceful. Honestly, if you’re the type who wants to be near the action but also appreciates having a proper place to come back to that doesn’t feel like a dorm room, Czartoryskiego Cosy Apartment is worth considering.
