  La ubicación, zona nueva, tranquila y segura bastante próxima al centro, en unos 15 minutos de paseo agradable. Además en la base del edificio hay una pequeña tienda con los productos básicos y alimentos que puedas necesitar.

  Hezký byt nedaleko centra města (asi 10 minut chůze pěšky), přitom v klidné, obytné čtvrti. Dole v domě je Žabka, asi 200 m Biedronka. Nedaleko tramvajová zastávka, odkud se dá dostat přímou linkou na Hlavní nádraží i do různých částí centra.

  bardzo przyjemnie urządzone mieszkanie, wszystko co potrzebne jest na miejscu, cicha okolica. Dodatkowym atutem jest bardzo dobre połączenie komunikacją miejską zarówno do centrum, pkp czy "obowiązkowych" atrakcji miasta (zoo, ogród botaniczny etc.). W bliskim otoczeniu znajdują się sklepy spożywcze czy kawiarnie/restauracje.
