  Comfort began with correspondence. Next is the convenience of accommodation, the apartments themselves and underground parking. The apartments fully correspond to the description and are convenient for living and recreation. We don't party, so the restrictions didn't bother us. Advantages over other proposals: excellent location (1 km to the central square) and a quiet courtyard.
