  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tuż koło starówki ale z dala od tłumów. Mieszkanie przestronne, elegancko i gustownie wykończone. Zasadniczo ciche, oprócz skrzypiącej podłogi. Dobrze wyposażone w naczynia, sprzęty kuchenne i produkty do zmywania. Dużo szaf.
