  Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, w którym można sobie bez problemu przygotować obiad, żyrandol w formie wiatraka uratował przy ponad 30 stopniach na zewnątrz, blisko przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy dojazd do rynku trwa około 15 minuty, okolica spokojna, dojście piechotą do Biedronki trwa około 15 minut.

  Чисто, багато місця, гарний ремонт, центр міста, бескоштовний паркінг біля будинку вздовж дороги. Неподалік є ринок, де можна придбати свіжі овочі та фрукти. Дуже зручно стосовно електронного замка на дверях.
