Dzięki schowanemu balkonowi mieszkanie się tak nie nagrzewa i nawet w gorące dni jest tam przyjemnie. Jakby było za gorąco na wyposażeniu jest wentylator. Super rozwiązaniem jest parking podziemny przypisany do mieszkania.

  Podobała nam się lokalizacja. Wszędzie bardzo blisko – dworzec PKP, Wroclavia, Stary Rynek również w odległości zadowalającej – można iść spacerkiem. Do ZOO lub Hale Stulecia można dotrzeć bezpośrednio tramwajem, linia 4 który jest 2 minuty od Apartamentu. Budynek nowy, zadbany, wysprzątany, z windą i garażem podziemny. Apartament raczej dla par, ale dla rodziny takiej jak naszej z jednym małym dzieckiem też się nadaje. Super.
