Czysty apartament, dobrze wyposażony, na krótki pobyt. Jest bardzo blisko przystanków tramwajowych, a z dworca można nawet przejść piechotą. Kuchnia jest czysta i użyteczna, a z okna można patrzeć trochę powyżej linii dachów. Miłe były małe buteleczki z szamponem w łazience oraz środki czystości, bardzo przydatne dla czyściochów.
