Komfortowy apartament z balkonem Overview
Komfortowy apartament z balkonem sits right on Romana Dmowskiego, a short stroll from the buzzing market square. I remember walking past the old market stalls on Rynkowa Street, the smell of fresh pierogi wafting through the air, and then spotting the building that looks like a quiet nest amid the city’s hustle. The façade is a simple, understated brick – no flashy signs, just a solid, reliable vibe. That’s what you want when you’re after a place that feels like home after a long day of touring the old town’s cobblestones or the cathedral’s grand arches.
Check‑in was a breeze – the front desk guy gave you the key and a quick rundown of the apartment’s quirks: the balcony opens onto a view of 3 Romana Dmowskiego’s roof gardens, perfect for a morning coffee while you watch the city waking up. (Honestly, the view of the church spires is a sweet bonus, especially at sunset.) The reception area is cozy, with a small espresso machine that’s a lifesaver if you’re in a hurry. There’s a handwritten note in the lobby saying, “Enjoy your stay, and feel free to ask about the best coffee spots – we’re locals here.” That personal touch made the first impression feel genuinely welcoming.
The apartment itself is a 3‑star slice of comfort. The living area is a tidy mix of modern décor and vintage Polish touches – a framed photo of the Market Square, a small ceramic vase that looks like it could be a souvenir from a local shop on Ostrowiecki Street. The couch is surprisingly plush, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in a light that makes you think twice before you’d want to stay elsewhere. (I mean, who can say no to a view of the city’s rooftops?) The kitchen is compact but functional: a stovetop, a mini fridge, a kettle, and a few essential utensils. I found that you can whip up a simple breakfast in minutes, which was great after a night of exploring the Wrocław nightlife. The bathroom is clean, with a shower that has decent water pressure – a small win for a city where you might otherwise have to guess if the tap water is drinkable.
Noise-wise, the apartment is pretty decent, especially if you’re staying during the day. The street is lively, but you’re far enough from the main squares to avoid the constant chatter of tourists, which is a relief. At night, the only sounds you hear are the occasional car passing on the main road and the distant murmurs from the building next door. I found that the insulation works well, so I could sleep through the city’s nightlife without.
Parking might be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. The street is narrow, and the city’s parking lots can get full during the summer weekends. However, there are a few paid parking spots behind the building and a small underground lot a block away that’s usually available (though you’ll need to pay a bit). If you’re coming on foot, you’ll be glad to know that the apartment is just a 5‑minute walk from the tram stop on Świdnicka Street, and the tram line 1 (the green line) whisks you straight to the university area or the main train station in 10 minutes or so. For those who love to walk, the surrounding streets are pedestrian-friendly, and you’ll find a handful of cafés, bakeries, and a small bookshop that’s a hidden gem – perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
One small critique: the Wi-Fi signal is a bit spotty in the upper rooms. I had to move my laptop to the living area for a stronger connection, but that’s nothing major – mostly a minor inconvenience for people who work remotely. The super helpful staff at the reception can point you to a nearby café with a stronger internet if you need it.
All in all, feels like a home base that blends city life with a quiet, personal touch. The apartment is well-equipped, the location is spot-on for exploring the old town, and the staff’s friendly attitude makes you feel like you’re staying with a local friend. If you’re planning a trip to Wrocław, this place is a solid choice that won’t leave you disappointed. You’ll return with a sense of having truly lived in the city, not just visited it.
Wroclaw’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with historic charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this colorful Polish cultural center.

Wszystko jak w opisie, do dyspozycji gości duża lodówka, sporych rozmiarów prysznic, wygodne łóżko, spokojna okolica mimo że dość blisko jest sąsiadujący blok było cicho i spokojnie. Do rynku spacerkiem 20 min. Polecam nocleg.
