  Good central location. Nice apartment with terrible management. A few hours before arrival I still didn't have a check-in code. I had to type several messages to finally get access. There was no toilet paper and soap in the apartment, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was not warm enough, especially in the living room, even though the heating was on max. The sofa was not made. They had information that the reservation was for 4 guests and they had prepared a bed for two. We had to stretch the couch, look for sheets and covers. There was no instruction. The kitchen was not cleaned. A dirty and smelly refrigerator, a dirty counter that they hadn't even wiped of crumbs. This is not a two bedroom apartment as described. This is a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa in the living room. I received several messages about how important it was to find a document in the apartment immediately after arrival to sign and send by 8:00 PM Our flight was delayed and I was worried the whole time if we would be able to arrive before 8:00 PM. When we arrived at the apartment there was no document. We searched everywhere, I called and they said no need. Very difficult and almost no communication. They stopped answering my messages and phone calls. The only thing they could do for us that I asked for was to let us leave our luggage the last day until the afternoon. In booking.com, it showed free for that day, but even if it wasn't, check-in is from 3pm and it shouldn't be a problem for 2 backpacks to stay at the door until then. They did not respond to messages, and had more than 24 hours to respond, nor did they pick up the phone. My advice is – look for and book another apartment. Even the price is not low enough to be worth the negative emotions.
