  Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra – znajduje się ledwo parę minut pieszo od rynku oraz dworca. Na nogach da się dotrzeć spacerem w większość interesujących miejsc turystycznych, a tuż przy obiekcie znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, którym można dojechać w dalsze destynacje. Pomieszczenia są przestronne, kuchnia jest dość dobrze wyposażona. Wystrój jest nowoczesny, ale należy wziąć pod uwagę, że na zdjęciach nie ma widocznego trzeciego łóżka. Jest to dostawka, ale nie wpłynęło to negatywnie na ogólny komfort pobytu.
