  The most important three things to mention are: QUIETNESS, we didn't hear any noise; CENTRAL, it's right in the heart of the city and within walking distance from/to the bus stop from/to the airport; WARMTH, as we were there in wintertime, it was warm and cosy with plenty of hot water. And despite the fifth floor without a lift, we did not mind that as we travelled light with only rucksacks.
