The area feels lived-in, you know? Not like some polished tourist trap. Plus, if you’re driving, there’s street parking right around Braniborska that’s reasonably priced after 6 PM – though I’d grab it early because the whole neighborhood fills up during market days on Saturday mornings.

The apartment itself is one of those “you’d never know it was an apartment building” situations – super quiet considering how central it is, and the soundproofing actually works, which surprised me. I mean, I was half-expecting to hear traffic noise or neighbors through thin walls, but nope. Just this gentle hum of the city outside the window. The kitchenette is small but genuinely functional – I made coffee every morning using the little espresso machine they provide, and there’s enough counter space to actually prep a simple meal without feeling like you’re performing surgery. The only thing I’d mention is that the shower water pressure can be a bit weak some mornings, especially around 8 AM when it seems like half the building decides to get ready for work at the same time. But hey, that’s pretty normal for European buildings, right? The check-in was smooth too – the host left detailed instructions and the key box system worked without any drama, which I always appreciate when I’m arriving at some random hour after a delayed flight.
