Now, Lux Lotnisko isn’t trying to be some flashy design hotel, but there’s something genuinely comfortable about the place. My room was on the third floor with these huge windows that let in tons of light, and while it wasn’t the fanciest decor I’ve seen, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent (shocking how rare that is), and the bed was one of those rare ones that strikes the perfect firmness balance. There’s free parking if you’re driving, though I should mention it fills up fast during trade shows – there’s a convention center about a fifteen-minute walk away that brings in crowds. The check-in process was smooth, though I arrived at 3 PM and the desk guy mentioned they get slammed between 6-8 PM with business travelers. Honestly, the whole vibe is practical luxury – clean, functional, and thoughtfully put together without being pretentious. I’d definitely stay again, especially knowing there’s that pretzel place just around the corner.
