  Location, clean, cosy. The ice cream that is selling in the same building is great with very kind girls working there.

  Location is great. Pictures are accurate to the condition of the apartment. There is a washing machine and a DRYER! the clothes dryer is worth the cost alone! Beds are okay. No fans in apartment, so without air conditioning it gets hot, especially the back bedroom. You must open the windows at night and people can be heard outside until 4 am, but you are on a busy street and to be honest it didn’t really bother me.
