The building itself is one of those typical Polish residential blocks, nothing fancy, but the Nyska Apartment is on the third floor and feels surprisingly modern inside. I was a bit worried about the neighborhood since it’s not in the tourist zone, but honestly, it felt safe and there were families around. The kitchenette had everything I needed – actually, I ended up doing a little grocery shopping at Biedronka right around the corner, which was super handy for saving money on meals. And the parking situation? Well, that’s a big plus if you’re driving – there’s a secured spot included, which in Poland you don’t always get at this price point.

What really sold me on the Nyska Apartment was how quiet it was at night. You know what I mean – sometimes in city centers you get that constant traffic rumble or late-night bar noise, but here it actually gets peaceful after about 10 PM. The bed was comfortable enough, though the mattress was a bit on the firm side, and I noticed there’s a slight echo in the main room because of the hard floors – not a dealbreaker, just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The lift works well, which is great if you’ve got luggage, and the whole self-check-in process was smoother than I expected. You get a code sent to your phone, and there’s a little intercom system if you need to reach the management, which I did once when I couldn’t figure out the shower (it’s one of those European mixer types that takes some getting used to).

I’d definitely recommend this place if you want a clean, functional base that’s close enough to walk into central Wrocław but far enough to get some sleep. The 9.2 rating they’ve got isn’t inflated – it’s the kind of spot that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, which is refreshing. Just remember it’s more residential than touristy, so don’t expect any concierge service or fancy lobby, but for the price and location, the Nyska Apartment really delivers what it promises.
