Piękny apartament w zielonej dzielnicy Wrocławia Overview
Piękny apartament w zielonej dzielnicy Wrocławia sits tucked between the leafy alleys of Krzyki, right on 116 Sudecka 8. I drove in on a brisk March morning, and the first thing that struck me was the gentle hum of the city—cars, trams, and the distant chatter of people heading to work. The building itself is a modest trio‑star, but the curb appeal is surprisingly charming; a small stone plaque with the hotel’s name gives it a sort of artisanal vibe that feels far from the generic chain hotels you see. Check‑in was quick—no long lines, just a friendly receptionist who asked if I wanted a city map, and I was handed a small key fob that opens the door with a satisfying click. Parking is a bit of a scavenger hunt: there’s a tiny underground lot three streets over, but there are also a couple of shared street stalls where locals park their scooters; I found a spot right in front of the hotel, and it was a short walk to the lobby.
The inside is where the real charm shows. The apartment itself is a two‑room layout, with a bright living area that opens onto a small balcony (great for a cup of coffee). I wasn’t expecting much, but the décor is refreshingly clean—neutral tones, a couple of local art pieces, and some handmade ceramic mugs that the host left for guests to use. The bed is surprisingly comfortable; the mattress feels like the right mix of firmness and fluff that keeps me from waking up all sore in the morning. The kitchenette, though compact, has everything you need: a kettle, a coffee maker, a small fridge, and a set of plates that look like they’re from a local bakery. I spent an afternoon making a simple breakfast of fresh bread from the nearby Sklep z Chlebem on Sudecka, and the aroma of rye was still lingering in the room when I came back to my coffee. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, with a rain shower that feels almost spa‑like—an unexpected luxury in a 3‑star spot. The only thing that could use improvement is the noise on the first floor; the old building’s floorboards creak a little when the night shift tram passes by, but the noise is low enough that you can still hear your own thoughts, so it’s more of a character than a flaw.
If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home base rather than a hotel, this is it. I’ll admit the Wi‑Fi is a bit spotty in the evenings—sometimes it cuts out at 10 pm, which is a bit annoying if you’re trying to stream a movie, but the host is quick to offer a spare router if you call them. The location is perfect for exploring the greener parts of the city; just a 5‑minute walk gets you to the Wrocław City Market, where you can grab a coffee at Bar Mleczny and try a local pierogi. The area is quiet after 9 pm, so you’ll sleep well even if the city is buzzing. One quirk I noticed is that the front door’s lock is a bit old‑school; it takes a bit of force to open, but once you get used to it, it’s fine. Honestly, if you’re planning a trip in late spring or early autumn, this place will be a sweet spot—crowds are manageable, the streets are breezy, and you can wake up to the smell of fresh bread and the distant sound of the Silesian Market’s opening bell. So, if you’re after a relaxed, genuine slice of Wrocław that’s not drenched in tourist clichés, is worth the check‑in fee.

It was the most comfortable stay I've ever had. The apartment is beautiful, newly renovated, well-equipped, located in a green calm neighbourhood, less than 10min walk from a really nice park. It's easy to get to the center.
It has everything you might need for a long stay; washing machine, drying rack, kitchen appliances and utensils, good internet connection. We needed to beds, and the sofa in the living room was comfortable to sleep on. The host is responsive.Helge from Germany (10/10)
Magdalena gave excellent advice regarding parking upfront, which was easy as we always did find a spot around the building. Bus 144 runs towards the city center each 15 min. Bus stop is in front of the building. backside to apartment, so no noise. For us aged 65+, busses and
trams are free of charge in Wroclaw.Mohammad from Mauritius (10/10)
This apartment is just perfect. I wouldn't change anything. I totally fell in love with deco. Very comfortable, very clean, provided everything what I could think of. Even little things like scissors, pen and note book.
The location is very pleasant and quiet. Beautiful greenery around, a big park nearby.
Good public transport around, bus to the town just next to the entrance. Very quiet neighbours, few shops around.
Honestly this apartment is perfect It doesn't look like a place to rent I felt like it was somebody's home and they let me stay. I felt very comfortable there.
Beautiful place, love itAudrey from France (10/10)
