Pink Studio Old Town by #Hoomvi Overview
Pink Studio Old Town by #Hoomvi is tucked on 2 Tadeusza Kościuszki, right in the heart of Stare Miasto. I first stumbled upon it while wandering the cobblestone lanes after a late‑night dinner at a tiny pierogi spot on Plac Grunwaldzki. The building’s pink façade is almost a wink to the city’s quirky vibe—like a splash of color against the gray brick that surrounds it. It feels like you’re stepping into a modern loft tucked in a centuries‑old neighborhood, which is pretty cool because Wrocław’s Old Town can feel a bit touristy if you’re not careful.
Check‑in was surprisingly smooth. The front desk folks were polite and actually had a quick rundown of the best nearby coffee shops (I mean, you know the place on Świdnicka Street that serves the best latte foam art?). Their key‑card system was straightforward, and the reception area had a relaxed vibe—no rush, just a few guests chatting about the evening’s plans. Parking can be a headache in this part of the city, but the hotel offers a small parking garage right next to the building that’s no bigger than a parking lot for a couple of cars. It’s a bit pricey for a day, but if you’re staying for a few nights, it’s worth it. The only downside: the parking spot is a little cramped, so if you’re lugging a suitcase, you’ll need to roll it a bit.
The room itself is a neat, minimalist studio with a touch of Polish charm. The bed’s mattress is medium‑firm—just enough to give you that “I could sleep all day” feel. The pillow selection is decent, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring your own pillow. I loved the little details like the small wooden dresser that doubled as a workspace, and the window that lets in a good amount of natural light. It was quiet enough that I could read the morning news without being interrupted by the city’s nightlife, which can get pretty loud when the pubs on Hala Stulecia open after midnight. The bathroom is clean with a good shower—no fancy jets, but the water pressure is solid. The only thing that could use a tweak is the minibar: it’s small but stocked with a decent range of Polish vodkas and a couple of local craft beers that I tried on the house.
Wrocław’s Old Town is a maze of alleys, but the hotel’s location gives you instant access to a lot of hidden gems. Just a 5‑minute walk, and you hit the famous Ostrów Tumski island, where you can stroll through the Cathedral and catch the sunrise over the Oder River if you’re an early bird. The next block is a maze of cafés—my personal favorite is that tiny espresso shop on Różany, where the barista knows your order before you sit down. For lunch, there’s a Polish sandwich place on Ulica Długa that serves the best kotlet schabowy I’ve ever had. Nighttime is a whole different story: you’re right in the middle of the bustling Barski Square, with its pubs, bars, and a vibe that’s both welcoming and slightly chaotic. The hotel’s close proximity to the Silesian Theatre means you can catch a performance without having to hop on a tram.
If you’re visiting during the summer, keep in mind that the streets can get crowded, especially around the Market Square and the old city walls. The noise levels rise, but the hotel’s thick walls keep the hotel itself relatively calm—though the balcony will pick up the occasional street musician or a barista shouting a special. In the winter, the area feels more serene, and you can enjoy the crisp air while sipping hot chocolate at the hotel’s little terrace. The only real critique I have is that the Wi‑Fi can be spotty during peak tourist season, so if you’re a digital nomad, you might want to bring a backup hotspot. Overall, though, offers a sweet blend of modern comfort and authentic Wrocław charm. It’s the kind of place you’d recommend to a friend who wants to experience the city like a local—and not just a tourist.

V dochazkové vzdálenosti do centra. Ochotný majitel, výborná komunikace. Pro 2 lidi super, pro 4 trochu malé.

Genialnie położone mieszkanie. Bliskość przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Sam rynek oddalony o 10 minut piechotą. W samym mieszkaniu czyściutko.

Skvělá lokalita, krom zoo jsme byli všude pěšky. Kousek úžasné restaurace a bistra. Útulné i pro 4 lidi. Vše čisté, instrukce jasné.

Fabuleux !
Sebastian from United Kingdom (10/10)
