Pokój w prywatnym mieszkaniu 25m centrum Wrocławia Overview
Pokój w prywatnym mieszkaniu 25m centrum Wrocławia sits tucked in a modest building on Komuny Paryskiej, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Krzyki market square. I remember the first time I walked up the stairwell – the smell of freshly baked rye bread wafting from the corner bakery, the distant clink of trams on the tracks, and a faint scent of coffee that seemed to cling to the air. The check‑in was surprisingly swift; the host, a friendly woman with a quick smile, handed over a key card and a handful of local tips. She even mentioned that the best pierogi spot is a block away on Księży Młyn, a place I’ve already become obsessed with. The front desk was small but efficient, and there was no long line – just a quick exchange and you’re in.
The room itself is a cozy 25‑square‑meter space that feels larger than it is because of the thoughtful layout. The bed, with its crisp white linens, has a soft, comforting weight – perfect after a day of sightseeing. I appreciated the little touches: a set of local Polish soaps, a small welcome basket with crackers and a bottle of craft beer from the nearby Wrocław Brewing Co. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a shower that holds a steady, warm stream – its tiles have a subtle matte finish that feels almost like a marble whisper. The kitchenette is surprisingly well-equipped: a mini fridge, a kettle that whines like a tiny kettle, and a set of simple cookware that you can use to whip up instant noodles or a quick breakfast. The view from the window is a typical Wrocław cityscape – a mix of historic facades and modern glass, with the occasional tram pulling by. The noise level in the evenings is moderate; you can hear the soft hum of traffic on the street and sometimes the distant chatter from the cafés on Komuny Paryskiej, but there’s no constant rattle that keeps you awake.
Outside, the neighborhood gives off a genuinely local vibe. If you step out, the streets are lined with small shops, a bakery that sells zwieback (a sweet, crunchy cookie), and a couple of bars where locals mingle over craft beer. The nearest tram stop is just a two‑minute walk, and I found it easy to hop on the number 3 to get to the market square or the Hala Stulecia, where the light‑box displays flicker in the evening. Parking can be a bit of a challenge – there’s a small municipal parking lot a block away, but it fills up quickly on weekends. If you’re staying during the summer, you might want to bring a bike or be prepared for a short walk to the tram. Also, the building doesn’t have a dedicated elevator, so be prepared for a few flights of stairs – not a problem for me, but something to note if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
Honestly, the place feels like a warm, unpretentious nest in the heart of Wrocław. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the vibe is genuine – you’re not being sold a polished experience, you’re actually experiencing how locals live. The price is fair for what you get, especially when you consider the proximity to the city’s main attractions and the local charm that isn’t found in a chain hotel. If you’re looking for a short, comfortable stay in the city center, with easy access to food, culture, and the occasional tram ride, is a solid choice. Just remember to bring a pair of comfy shoes, as the streets can be uneven, and you’ll probably want to invest a little extra time exploring the side streets – you might stumble upon a hidden café or a street artist’s mural that makes your trip even more memorable.

Dog was great, location as well.
Inna from Poland (8/10)
The biggest plus along with location is a good and friendly owner. We asked him to check in earlier and he approved it and was waiting for us.
Zoran from Croatia (7/10)
The neighborhood seems neglected. However the train&bus station can be reached in approx. 10 min. on foot and the city center approx. 20 min. on foot. You can also use a public transport. The host is simple and unobtrusive, and he sends instructions for entering the facility much earlier before arrival. I praise! Large room with sofa bed, sleeping bed, enough toweles, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. WiFi good. The photos on website are authentic.
Peter from United Kingdom (8/10)
The location was good for the old center also close to the modern shopping centers and the park. I would say the room was very large with a fridge freezer there was a kettle but if you wanted you had use of the owners kitchen.
