Property Apart – Legnicka Business Center Overview
Property Apart – Legnicka Business Center sits right on Jaworska Street, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Fabryczna area. I first spotted it while wandering the old part of Wrocław, the cobblestones still echoing with the footsteps of tourists and locals alike. The building itself is a neat, mid‑century block with a subtle façade that blends into the surrounding fabric—no flashy signboards, just a, understated entrance. Check‑in was a breeze: the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly “Witaj!” and handed me a keycard in a voice that carried the warm, quick‑paced energy of a city that never really sleeps. You know, the morning rush from the train station is palpable, but the hotel’s lobby is surprisingly quiet, a small oasis of calm before the day kicks into full gear.
Walking out onto Jaworska, you immediately notice the micro‑market that locals love—walls lined with fruit, a vendor selling fresh pierogi, and the aroma of roasted coffee beans wafting from a nearby café. If you’re in the mood for a quick bite, the café across the street serves some of the best espresso in the city, and the barista will swear you’re getting the perfect shot—no marketing fluff, just genuine skill. Head down to Fabryczna street, and you’ll find yourself at the edge of the Wrocław market square, where the Market Hall still hums with vendors and the historic Town Hall’s spire looms in the distance. It’s almost a 10‑minute walk—just enough to soak in the city’s rhythm without feeling rushed. Driving around, the traffic can be a bit chaotic, especially during the summer tourist season, but there’s a parking garage a block away that’s reasonably priced (and not a nightmare to find a spot). The only real downside is that the noise from the main road can seep into rooms, but the hotel’s windows are double‑glazed, so you’re still able to hear the distant hum of city life without it turning into a full‑blown concert.
The rooms themselves are a blend of modern minimalism and practical comfort. I stayed in a 35‑square‑meter apartment‑style room, complete with a small kitchenette—perfect if you want to whip up a midnight snack or reheat leftover pierogi from the market. The bed was plush enough to promise a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring, and the bathroom, while modest, had a surprisingly deep shower that could rinse off the day’s grime with a single blast of hot water. The décor is tasteful, with muted colors that make the space feel cozy rather than sterile. I did notice a faint scent of eucalyptus in the hallway—a subtle, calming fragrance that oddly made the whole building feel more like a home than a hotel. For travelers who prefer a quieter spot, the hotel’s upper floors are generally less noisy, as the street traffic is a bit muffled by the building’s height. All in all, Property Apart – Legnicka Business Center isn’t just a place to crash; it’s a gateway to the heart of Wrocław, offering a genuine slice of local life without the tourist‑centered fluff. The next time you’re planning a trip to Poland, consider dropping by this gem—you’ll probably leave with a new favorite spot for coffee and a story about the day you discovered a city that’s as lively as it is welcoming.

Clean, cosy, modern apartment. 12th floor was exciting with a view from balcony. You have everything you need and the appartment is stylish. Felt very comfortable in there. Nothing negative to say. The kitchen table is big and wide so very good for making food. The bathroom clean and modern. You also have decent lighting system, tv, sofa, good size bed, refigerator, dishwasher. The only thing missing was a bigger frying pan. Also I was able to find a free parking spot near the building every night. Overall I was very pleased with my stay in here 🙂

Very comfortable apartment with everything necessary for stay in home-like environment. Super practical design, modern and comfortable furniture. Very well connected to the transportation system, with the station just 5 minutes walk.
