  Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły i pomocny pan gospodarz! Apartament świetny! Spełniający wszystkie wymagania. Niezależne mieszkanko w bardzo przystepnej cenie. 🙂 Wyposażony w potrzebne sprzęty, w tym świetne książki! Szkoda jedynie, że brakło czasu na czytanie…Bardzo blisko centrum I głównej ulicy, prowadzącej wprost do "serca" Wrocławia, Rynku oraz Ostrowa Tumskiego, jednak usytuowanie lokalu od strony cichej, zielonej i słonecznej. Mozna się pożądnie wyspać! Na pewno wart polecenia oraz uwagi przy kolejnej wizycie w pięknym Wrocławiu.

Co do pokoju był bardzo przestronny, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne przedmioty. Całe mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Pod samym oknem parking. Do centrum niecałe 15 minut spokojnym spacerem, pod nosem sklepy i SkyTower. Napewno wrócimy! Dziękujemy za cudownie spędzony czas i do zobaczenia 😀

  Bardzo miły właściciel, bardzo kulturalny i nie ma żadnego problemu z porozumieniem jeśli chodzi o zwrot i wydanie mieszkania, wszystko bez problemu. Mieszkanie wyposażone dużo lepiej niż można zakładać (nie zdarza się dostęp dla gości do wyposażenia lokalu w takim zakresie przy takiej cenie), a często podrożuje i wybieram tego rodzaju miejsca żeby móc też popracować. W środku fajne książki do poczytania, TV z aplikacjami. Cena absolutnie ok. Lokalizacja bardzo ok. Zmienić na plus można – jakieś małe dodatkowe biurko do pracy, większe kołdry, jednolite pościele i nowy obrus na stole (nie w kategoriach uwag ale dopracowania dla Pana właściciela żeby było jeszcze lepiej i miał jak najwięcej gości:)
