The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a three-star place, and the shower pressure was decent, which after a day of wandering around Wrocław’s cobblestones, you really appreciate.

What really sold me on this spot was the parking situation – and let me tell you, finding a spot in Stare Miasto without paying through the nose is like winning the lottery. During my stay, which was in late September, the area was quiet enough that I could actually sleep with the window cracked open – there’s this little bakery on Szewska Street that starts up around 6 AM, but the smell of fresh bread somehow makes the early morning noise totally worth it. The check-in was straightforward, though the host seemed a bit rushed when I arrived at 9 PM – I think they had other guests, but they still walked me through everything and even recommended this amazing pierogi place on Kazimierza Wielkiego that wasn’t packed with tourists. Honestly, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Wrocław, especially since it’s just far enough from the main tourist drag that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping above a nightclub, but close enough that everything’s walkable.
