Q19 Apartments Old Town Overview
Q19 Apartments Old Town sits right on the cobblestone stretch of Kuźnicza, just a hop away from the bustling Market Square (Rynek). The moment I stepped out of the tram stop, the scent of roasted coffee and fresh bread wafted from a small café on the corner of Róża – a neighborhood secret that locals swear by. The building itself is a charming 19th‑century façade, a little weathered but full of character. Check‑in was quick and surprisingly pleasant, the front desk staff handing me a key card with a smile, and a handwritten note that said, “Enjoy your stay – the city is yours.” I mean, for a 3‑star place, the vibe here is almost boutique, which is a nice surprise. The street is alive all day; you can hear the tram bells, the chatter of tourists, and the occasional honk from a delivery van – it’s a soundtrack you’ll grow to love.
Inside, the apartment is snug but well‑thought‑out. The living area is cozy, with a flat‑screen TV that’s surprisingly large for the space, and a kitchenette that actually works – the stove is spotless, and there’s a kettle that boils water in seconds. The bed is a decent mattress, though the pillows feel a bit firmer than I’d like, and the linens are clean but not super fluffy. One thing I noticed is that the windows open onto the street, so during the night you’ll hear the distant hum of traffic and the occasional clatter of carts; it’s not a quiet place, but it’s not a nightmare either. The bathroom is compact, with a shower that has good water pressure but a slightly small basin. I appreciated the extra power outlets in the living space; I can plug in my laptop, phone charger, and a small portable heater for those chilly evenings.
Parking can be a bit of a hassle – street parking is limited, especially during weekends, but there’s a paid garage just a block north that’s a lifesaver if you’re driving. I also took advantage of the city’s free bike rentals; quick ride around the Old Town was a great way to see the cathedral and the Church of St. John of Nepomuk without the hassle of parking. The noise level is something to keep in mind: the street is lively, and the apartment’s insulation is decent, but if you’re a deep sleeper, consider earplugs for the night. The hotel’s rating of 8.9 is well deserved; it’s clean, friendly, and gives you that little extra touch that makes a stay feel personal. Honestly, if you’re planning a trip to Wrocław and want a place that feels like a home base right in the heart of the Old Town, this is a solid choice. The only real downside is the lack of a restaurant on site – but that’s a good thing, because you get to explore the local eateries instead of staying in a hotel bistro. All in all, it’s a great spot that offers a genuine taste of Wrocław’s charm without breaking the bank.

Lovely big apartment with separate living and sleeping areas. Only 2 minute walk to the bars/restaurants/shops. Secure access to the property. Was very good value for money, the property owners communicated well about how to get in etc. There were also a number of amenities available within the property including a hair dryer, cooking and washing facilities. Very happy with my choice of property to stay in Wroclaw.
