RentPlanet – Apartament Wyszyńskiego 56 Overview
RentPlanet – Apartament Wyszyńskiego 56 sits right in the heart of Śródmieście, on a quiet corner of Wyszyńskiego Street, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Grzybowska. I first spotted it coming up from the tram line, the building’s façade a tasteful mix of brick and glass that felt both modern and respectful of the historic block. The lobby is surprisingly airy, with a small café corner that smells perpetually of fresh espresso and baked croissants—perfect for a mid‑morning pick‑up before you head to the Market Square. The staff greet you with a friendly “Dzień dobry” and offer quick, hassle‑free check‑in; no long lines, just a warm smile and a keycard that feels almost too convenient. The hotel’s 4‑star rating (9.1 on the usual sites) isn’t just a number; it shows up in the plush pillows, the quality of the bath linens, and the little touches like a local map with hand‑written notes on hidden corners of Wrocław.
The rooms are a quiet oasis amid the city’s buzz. I stayed in the 2‑bedroom suite, which has a surprisingly large, low‑noise bathroom—no echo from the tram tracks outside. The windows face a small courtyard, so you get a gentle, filtered light that’s not too harsh. I noticed the sound of the city seeped in at night, but the double‑pane windows do a decent job of muffling it. The kitchenette is a real plus; it comes stocked with a kettle, a small fridge, and a set of Polish coffee pods—great for late‑night espresso. I appreciated that the Wi‑Fi was fast and the power outlets were plentiful; you can plug in your laptop, phone, and the little LED lamp without hunting for a spare. The only little critique? The minibar is tiny, so you’d better bring your own snacks if you’re a night‑owl. Parking is a bit of a challenge—there’s a small underground lot behind the building, but it fills up fast during the tourist season, so I parked on the street a few blocks away and walked the short distance to the hotel, which was actually part of the charm.
What makes this place truly special is how it feels like a step into the everyday life of Wrocław. From the lobby, you can see the window into the street where a local vendor sells pierogi and a cyclist does a quick lap around the courtyard. On the second floor, there’s a small balcony that offers a view of the cobblestones of Piłsudskiego Street, where you can hear the distant laughter from a café, the clink of glasses, and the occasional honk of a delivery bike. I walked down to the nearby Ostrów Tumski after dinner; the cathedral’s spires glowed against the night sky, and the air was cooler, filled with the scent of wet stone and the faint aftertaste of roasted coffee from a nearby shop. In the early afternoon, I took a stroll to the National Theatre, just a 5‑minute walk, and the building’s ornate façade reminded me of the city’s historic depth. The area around Wyszyńskiego is also great for brunch spots—there’s a tiny café on Ostrowska that serves excellent brunch pastries and a truly good latte. Of course, the city center can get noisy, but the rooms at are positioned in a way that you can block out the chatter and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep.
All in all, if you’re looking for a place that feels like a local’s home rather than a generic hotel, this is it. The staff are genuinely helpful, the rooms are comfortable and well‑equipped, and the location is so central that you can wander to the Market Square, the cathedral, or the tram line with just a few minutes walk. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re planning to explore the city’s hidden gems or just want a cozy, authentic base from which to enjoy the vibrant life of Wrocław.

Polecam jako mieszkanie wakacyjne czy na pobyt służbowy, dobrze zlokalizowane w centrum miasta. My korzystaliśmy w trakcie remontu naszego mieszkania i w zestawie 2+2 zmieściliśmy się bez problemu.

Polecam
