You’re close enough to hit the Wrocław Zoo without much hassle, but also positioned perfectly for exploring the islands – I spent an entire afternoon just walking around Ostrów Tumski and never felt like I was fighting crowds. There’s this little grocery store on the corner that closes weird hours but has the best bread – I’m not even kidding, grab a fresh roll in the morning and pair it with whatever you pick up from the deli counter. The rating’s at 8.7 for a reason, and honestly, it’s because places like this get the small stuff right, like having actual hangers (not those weird foldy plastic things) and outlets where you expect them to be.
