RentPlanet – Studio Nadodrze Overview

So I ended up staying at RentPlanet – Studio Nadodrze last month when I was in Wrocław for a few days, and honestly, it was one of those finds that kind of surprised me. You know how sometimes you book something online and it’s totally different when you actually get there? Well, this was better than expected. The studio is tucked away on Henryka Brodatego, which is one of those quieter streets in Śródmieście – not quite the bustle of the Market Square, but still walking distance to everything. I actually woke up the first morning and realized I could hear the tram rattling by every 15 minutes or so, which sounds annoying but weirdly felt very local, you know?

The studio itself is compact but thoughtfully laid out – there’s this little kitchenette with a decent-sized fridge that actually came in handy when I picked up some Polish cheese and bread from the little shop around the corner on Gwarna Street. The bed was comfortable enough, and I appreciated that the windows faced the courtyard rather than the street side, so it stayed pretty quiet even when the city started waking up. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend letting them know if you’re arriving after 8 PM since the front desk closes – I almost messed that up. There’s street parking nearby but honestly, Wrocław’s public transport is so good that I just used the trams to get around. The 7.2 rating kind of makes sense now – it’s not fancy, but it’s clean, well-located, and doesn’t try to be something it’s not.

What really sold me on RentPlanet – Studio Nadodrze was how easy it was to explore from there. I walked to the Old Town in about 12 minutes, and there’s this great little café on Wrocławska Street that serves the best kawa (coffee) I had in the city. The area gets busier in the evenings – there’s a decent crowd of young locals who seem to know where all the good spots are. I mean, the neighborhood isn’t as touristy as the central Market Square, so you actually get to see how people live there. The studio was spotless when I arrived, and they’d left this small bottle of local wine which was a nice touch. Sure, the shower pressure could be better and the Wi-Fi had its moments, but for a three-star place, it felt honest and straightforward. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Wrocław – especially since it’s just a short tram ride from the airport and you’re basically set for exploring the whole city.
