Rezydencja Wrocław Overview
Rezydencja Wrocław sits right off plac Jana Pawła II, smack in the middle of Stare Miasto. I first walked in on a chilly October afternoon, and the first thing that hit me was the scent of freshly baked pierogi from the little shop on Długa that’s always a few steps away—just a quick walk and you can hear the clatter of plates and the hum of conversation. The lobby was surprisingly airy, with a high ceiling that makes the space feel open even though the building itself is a bit older. The front desk staff were quick to greet me, and honestly, the check‑in was almost instant—they had a system that let you skip the line and get straight to your room. The concierge actually gave me a handwritten note with a map of the best spots to visit in the city, so that was a nice touch.
The room itself was a cozy blend of modern and classic Polish décor. I found the bed incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains are a lifesaver if you’re a light sleeper—there’s a constant low rumble from the tram tracks on the street below, but the curtains block it out. The bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower that felt almost spa‑like, though the water pressure can sometimes be a bit weak in the mornings. I did notice the Wi‑Fi signal was patchy, especially in the hallway area, but I managed to get a decent connection on the balcony, where the city lights flicker against the sky. The balcony was a highlight: it’s small, but it gives you a great view of the market square, and you can hear the distant bells of the cathedral echoing through the cobblestones. It’s the sort of place where you can sit with a coffee, listen to the city wake up, and feel like you’re part of the rhythm of Wrocław.
Parking is a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel offers an underground parking spot, but you have to walk a little to get there, and the space is narrow, so it’s best if you’re comfortable squeezing into a tight spot. If you’re traveling by car, there’s also a free parking garage a block away on ul. Księcia Władysława, which is a decent alternative. I found that in the summer, the streets around the hotel can get pretty busy, especially around the festival season when the city’s nightlife spills over into the streets. I was able to keep the noise at a minimum by going to bed early, but if you plan to stay late, you might want to bring earplugs. The hotel’s location is actually a stone’s throw from the Hala Stulecia and the Wrocław Opera House, so you can catch a show or a concert without having to take a taxi. And if you’re craving something local, just hop on the tram from the corner near the hotel, and you’re in the heart of the Old Town within a few minutes. Overall, the place is a solid mix of comfort, convenience, and that authentic Wrocław vibe that you can’t get from a chain hotel.

It is a brand new apartment in a brand you modern neighborhood. We liked everything about it, from the overall design, view from the windows (it is fantastic!) to the AC and comfy beds. Our kids especially enjoyed the green yard with a modern playground. Despite being the city center the location is very quite. Things are much nosier just 100 meters away. The host was very communicative, it was easy to get into apartment. Highly recommend, would stay here again.
