  Sehr gute Lage nahe der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut bzw. hochwertig ausgestattet. Alle Küchenuntensilien, Reinigungsmittel, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc. waren vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage ist inzwischen eingebaut und im Sommer auch notwendig. Sehr gut auch das separate Kinderzimmer für die Kleinen.

  Apartament czysty zadbany. Wspaniała lokalizacja. Bardzo dokładną instrukcja do wejścia i do opuszczen lokalu. Wspaniały kontakt. Jeszcze nigdy nie uczulismy się tak zaopiekowani przez właściciela jak tu .

  Apartament praktycznie w centrum ale w spokojnej dzielnicy, nowy nowoczesny budynek, dobrze wyciszony, blisko starego rynku (jednak aby dojść jest kawałek raczej zalecam tramwaj lub dojazd samochodem). Z lokalizacji samochodem wszędzie blisko praktycznie czy zoo, czy panorama racławicka, hala stulecia 11-20 min dojazd autem ale średnio wszędzie gdzie jechaliśmy 10 min. BARDZO CICHO i spokojnie grube ściany dobrze wyciszony budynek 85% mieszkańców to ukraincy ale wynajmujący na stałe apartamenty nawet za ścianą są bardzo spokojni i "cisi" wprawdzie mają malutkiego pieska ale siedząc na balkonie mocno szczeka jednak po 10 min go spacyfikowali i zamknęli w mieszkaniu aby nie wybiegał na balkon. Apartament KOZAK 2 łazienki, duży apartament z aneksem kuchennym, w miarę nowy nie zniszczony, ładnie posprzątany i przygotowany na nasz przyjazd, jedyne co może być problemem to brak klimatyzacji są wprawdzie rolety zewnętrzne ale przyjeźdzając latem no może być gorąco kolejna inwestycją właściciela powinna być właśnie instalacja klimatyzacji w pokojach my mieliśmy rozkładane przenośne wentylatory jednak jak na początek czerwca ostatecznie się nie przydały. Dwa balkony jednej z widokiem na starówkę i katedrę w oddali wprawdzie ale wieczorem wygląda to sztos. Ogólnie polecam idealne miejsce i lokalizacja na wypad do Wrocławia !

  Przestronny dobrze wyposażony apartament w odległości spaceru od starego miasta. Wygodny sposob dostepnosci do mieszkania. Parking w garazu podziemmnym. Fajna opcja z dwoma lazienkami. Na dole w bloku 2 restauracje i 2 sklepy spożywcze.
