The thing that really sold me was having parking included – I mean, who expects that in the city center these days? The space is tucked underground in a secured lot, and while it’s a bit tight if you’re not used to European parking situations, it beats circling blocks for hours looking for a spot. Plus, there’s this little balcony that faces the river, and I’m telling you, waking up to that view with a coffee in the morning – well, it made the whole trip feel more like a proper getaway than just another work trip. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and has that “lived-in but cared for” feeling that tells you the owners actually use it themselves. Kitchen’s fully stocked, which saved me a fortune on restaurant meals, and the neighborhood has these amazing little bakeries that open at 6 AM – there’s this one called Piekarnia Kavalier right around the corner that serves the most incredible sourdough bread.

Location-wise, you can walk to the Market Square in about ten minutes, or take the tram that stops literally two blocks away. I actually preferred walking because the route takes you along the river, past some of those iconic Wrocław dwarfs – there’s one sitting on a bench near the apartment that took me way too long to spot. The area gets busier in the evenings, especially in summer when the beer gardens and outdoor seating areas fill up, but the apartment’s set back enough from the main drag that it stays pretty quiet. Check-in was straightforward, though the host was running a bit late – nothing major, just something to keep in mind if you’re arriving after dark. The one thing I’ll mention is that the building’s a bit older, so there’s that characteristic creak here and there, and the water pressure in the shower could be better, but honestly, for a four-star place in this price range, I wasn’t expecting perfection. I’d definitely recommend this spot, especially if you want to experience Wrocław like a local while still having easy access to all the tourist stuff.
