Wyposażone jest w podstawowe sprzęty gospodarstwa domowego. Tylko w jednej sypialni jest łóżko małżeńskie. W drugiej sypialni jest rozkładana kanapa. W obu sypialniach są szafy. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest w wentylatory i mini klimatyzację. W łazience jest duża wanna, umywalka, pralka, wc. W kuchni znajduje się płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik, mikrofala, lodówka, zlew, ekspres na kapsułki ( De Longhi), czajnik bezprzewodowy, talerze, sztućce i garnki, zmywarka. W mieszkaniu działa Wi-Fi. W dużym pokoju jest telewizor. W niektórych oknach są moskitiery. Na powitanie w kuchni były dwie butelki wody mineralnej ( 0,5l), kilka torebek herbaty, saszetki z kawą rozpuszczalną, saszetki z cukrem, sól i pieprz.
