Dostęp do sklepu, kawiarni i restauracji zlokalizowanych na miejscu to duża wygoda. Ponadto mieszkanie jest usytuowane na 5 piętrze co zapewnia duży spokój.   Mieszkanie bardzo małe typowa kawalerka za tą cenę spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego,łóżko bardzo nie wygodne nie da się nawet dostać do łóżka rogi drewniane i jest wnęka, można sie walnąć w nogę, bardzie jasno niby rolety ale o poranku widno więc nie można pospać do późna,nie działały programy w tv,ale za to jest Netflix,jedyny plus to lokalizacja i super restauracja w bloku,ale z pewnością tu nie wrócę
