You know what’s brilliant about staying at UP’arts? You’re literally in the heart of Stare Miasto, which means you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Wrocław. The Market Square is just a few minutes on foot, and you’ll find yourself stumbling across those famous dwarf statues scattered throughout the cobblestone streets. Couples absolutely love this spot — they’ve rated the location 9.5 out of 10, and I totally get why. There’s something romantic about being able to wander back to your hotel after dinner without dealing with trams or taxis. Plus, having free private parking on-site is actually a big deal in this part of the city, where finding a spot can be a real headache.

The Room Experience

The rooms at UP’arts have this clean, modern aesthetic that somehow still feels warm and welcoming. They’re not huge — this is Old Town Wrocław, after all — but everything feels thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms are well-appointed without being over the top. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, despite being in such a central location. The windows do a good job of keeping out the street noise, which can be an issue in this touristy area.

The breakfast situation here is actually pretty impressive for a three-star place. They’ve got continental options covered, but what caught my attention was how well they handle dietary restrictions — proper vegetarian and vegan choices, not just an afterthought. If you’re in a rush, they’ll even pack breakfast to go, which is handy when you want to catch the morning light at the cathedral or beat the crowds to Centennial Hall. The coffee’s decent too, though honestly, you’re surrounded by great cafés in the Old Town if you want to venture out.

  The location and view on Odra river — probably the best in town. Breakfast box — small but it’s much better than the massive, typical hotel breakfast. Really big balcony with awesome views. I will return there.

  5th floor apartment at Plac Jana Pawla ll 32, no 60. Clean bright modern apartment, good space for two people/two bedrooms. Long balcony overlooking park area and town view. Quiet location, a few minutes walk to the old town. Code entry to main door and apartment, so no keys which was great. Free underground parking if needed.
  Everything you could need in the apartment. Tea and coffee was provided and light breakfast delivered in a box each morning, which was pretty much the same each day, but sufficient to get you going.
