Villa Evmerol Overview
Villa Evmerol sits just off Wyścigowa 11 in the Krzyki district, a stone’s throw from the bustling Wrocław city center yet tucked away enough that you don’t hear the city’s traffic blaring at 2 a.m. I remember walking in on a rainy Tuesday, the streetlights reflecting off the wet cobblestones, and the hotel’s front desk already humming with guests checking in. The staff are friendly, but not overbearing – they greet you with a smile, hand you a key card, and give a quick tour of the lobby, which has that cozy, almost cottage‑like feel you’d expect from a 3‑star place that actually feels a bit more upscale because of its attentive service.
The rooms themselves are practical but not plain. The décor is a tasteful mix of mid‑century Polish design and modern touches – think clean lines, muted colors, and that comforting scent of fresh linen. The bed is a solid 140 cm, a bit narrow but with a mattress that feels like a cloud, and the bathroom’s deep shower steams up instantly, making you feel like you’re at a spa rather than a standard hotel. The windows look out onto a leafy courtyard, and on a sunny afternoon you can hear the faint murmur of a tram passing on the next block – a gentle reminder that you’re still in Wrocław’s heart.
Parking is a real plus. There’s a small lot right behind the building, free for guests, and it’s usually empty by 3 p.m. – you’ll have no trouble finding a spot even during the summer rush. As for noise, the quiet is almost palpable; you can actually read a book without the city’s chatter intruding. If you’re staying for a weekend, the check‑in is quick and the staff will point out the best spots to grab a coffee – I found a tiny bistro just three minutes down Wyścigowa, with a latte that’s practically a local legend. And if you need a quick bite in the evening, the building’s on the corner of Słowackiego, so you can walk to the market square or the university’s student bar – both buzzing with locals, especially on Thursdays when the student crowd starts to flow.
Honestly, the only critique I have is that the Wi‑Fi can be spotty in the upper floors – I had to climb down to the lobby to reboot it. Still, the overall experience is solid. The hotel’s location is perfect if you want to be close to the Old Town yet escape the constant hustle. You’ll get the best of both worlds: easy bus and tram connections to the city center, and the serenity of a quieter neighborhood. The staff’s local knowledge is also helpful – they’ll tell you the best time to visit the nearby market or the best route to avoid the usual tourist crowds. If you’re planning a trip to Wrocław, Villa Evmerol feels like a home base that’s both practical and pleasantly surprising – definitely worth a stay.

The place is beautiful. Beautiful set up, really well presented. Staff are fantastic, the preparation and presentation spectacular, and a well finished place.
It's 15 minutes out of town, so wouldn't be great if you wanted central and had no car. But for us with a car it was perfect. Highly recommendRamona from Latvia (9/10)
