Vincent Restauracja&Apartamenty Overview

Vincent Restauracja&Apartamenty sits on a quiet corner of Ruska Street, just a stone’s throw from the bustling heart of Stare Miasto. I walked in on a crisp autumn morning, the kind of day that makes you want to linger over a cup of coffee and watch the city wake up. The lobby is modest but warm, with mismatched chairs that look like they’ve seen a few decades of travelers—there’s a story in every scratch. The front desk clerk greets you with a grin that says, “Welcome back, friend,” and the check‑in process is a breeze; no long lines, no awkward waiting. You’ll be in your room in about ten minutes, and the key card feels surprisingly tactile—like it’s been crafted by hand.

You know, the real charm of is how it blends the old and the new. The building’s façade is a patchwork of 19th‑century brick and modern glass, which is kinda cool because you get that historic vibe without feeling like you’re in a museum. The rooms are a solid 3‑star standard: clean, with a comfy bed that isn’t too stiff, and a small kitchenette that has everything you need for a quick breakfast. Honestly, the bathroom is a bit smaller than I’d hoped, but the shower has a nice pressure—so you can rinse off the day’s grime without feeling rushed. The noise level is pretty decent; the only thing that keeps you up at night is the distant hum of the city, which is almost like a lullaby. If you’re a night owl, just pull the blinds down—most people in the neighborhood are already asleep by 11.

Parking is a mixed bag. The street is narrow, so you’ll need to be a bit patient if you’re driving. The hotel offers a small underground lot, but it fills up fast during festivals, so arriving early is a good idea. But if you’re on foot, you’re in luck: the hotel is within a 10‑minute walk to the River Oder promenade, and just a 5‑minute stroll brings you to the colorful stalls of the Rynek and the historic churches of Ostrów Tumski. I remember grabbing a slice of pierogi from a tiny shop on Orla Street after dinner—authentic, chewy, and just the right amount of spice. The hotel’s own restaurant, though, deserves a shoutout. They serve a killer brunch on Saturdays; the scrambled eggs are fluffy, and the coffee—well, it’s strong enough to keep you awake for the rest of the day. For dinner, I tried the pierogi with mushroom sauce; it was a comforting hug in a bowl.

The only real downside I noticed was the Wi‑Fi speed. It’s decent for browsing, but if you’re trying to stream a movie or upload a bunch of vacation photos, it can lag. That said, the hotel’s overall vibe is genuinely welcoming, and the staff seem genuinely invested in making sure you have a great stay. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home base in Wrocław—close to the city’s heart, with a touch of local charm— is a solid pick. You’ll get a good night’s sleep, a tasty brunch, and a convenient spot to launch your adventures around the city. Just be ready to walk a bit, and you’ll find that the best part of Wrocław is right outside your doorstep.

Reviews of Vincent Restauracja&Apartamenty

    great interior! great location!

Apartment (number 3) is old and this is its own charm, that's why I think there were a few bad ratings from other users.

Upper floor (bedroom) was very warm (and I was in cold days), lower floor (kitchen and sofa) was a little cold during night, but I didn't use the electric heater provided.

Warm water takes a while to flow, but there is always warm water and has good pressure/flow.
Big bathtub. Taps are "french" and old, but look very original and very pretty.

There are original wood columns, great color and they have no insects (at least when I was there).

Upper floor has an amazing new wallpaper with great colors and texture!
Also pretty little windows, but curtains (also cute!) may be tricky to black out in the morning.

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos.

There is only stairs (no elevator), but very beautiful and with some interesting old photos/info.

So if you like such kind of old style apartment it is unique and you have to try it! If you want super comfort and not care about style, maybe you can find better ones.

Quiet, atmospheric place, spacious and close to the main Market Square.

Great localization – it's a bit off the most obvious tourist attractions but in the middle of a "young" area (think Podgórze in Kraków or a tiny version of South Bank in London – that kind of vibe). At the same time, it's within walking distance of basically everything 🙂 I stayed for an event at Forum Muzyki – very close. Also couple of numbers down this street there is a courtyard filled with old neons from PRL times – quite awesome :)q

We stayed in apartment 5, on the 6th floor (it was not indicated in the description). The kitchen was practical, clean, equipped with tea and coffee, the bathroom was ok, the terrace was very large. The price per night is really low, and there is a reason.

    Nice self contained apartment 👍
The building itself has really interesting history.
The lady working there was super kind and helpful 🙂
