  Apartament w miarę czysty, chociaż podłoga była poplamiona. Największym atutem jest widok z balkonu na nowy, wyremontowany plac. W apartamencie niczego nie brakowało poza klimatyzacją. W upalne dni jest nie do wytrzymania, w nocy duszno i gorąco. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, ale brakuje piekarnika. Za to jest wanna, która była często używana.
