  Miejsce rewelacyjne. Super widok z balkonu na odrę. Samo osiedle nowe, piękne i spokojne. Wszytko co trzeba w pobliżu (na osiedlu): sklepy, kawiarnia, klub fitness, itp. Przystanek tramwajowy czy autobusowy 3 minuty od budynku. Sam apartament zachwycił wnętrzem. Urządzony ze smakiem, bardzo przytulny. Łóżko wygodne. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone we wszystko co jest niezbędne podczas pobytu. Pralka, zmywarka, suszarka na pranie oraz do włosów, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Dodatkowy materac. Widać, że właściciel dba o detale. I ma na względzie dobre samopoczucie i komfort wynajmującego. Jasne i czytelne komunikaty odnośnie zameldowania. Jeżeli byśmy mieli znów wybrać się do Wrocławia do tylko tutaj.
