  Lokalizacja umozliwia piesze zwiedzanie historycznej czesci miasta. Pokoje sa przestronne, czyste, ladnie urzadzone. Budynek nie nagrzewa sie nawet w upalne dni. Kamienica sasiaduje z pieknym ogrodem botanicznym.
