Наличие парковки за шламбаумом напротив дома, но нужно успеть занять место, есть проблема. Недалеко находится магазин продуктов Бедронка. В квартире много посуды, все кухонные принадлежности, чай, растворимый кофе, сахар, микроволновка, стиральная машинка, пылесос. Есть два письменных стола, интернет, можно работать
